Jag heter Ulf Jonsson och jag föddes 1953 i Medelpad.

Mitt tidigare yrkesliv har varit som officer/helikopterpilot i Armén och Flygvapnet.

Nu bor jag på landet någon mil från Luleå, där jag har min ateljé och mitt observatorium.

My name is Ulf Jonsson. I was born in the middle of Sweden in 1953.
I have been an officer in the Swedish Army and later in the Air Force. I was then a military helicopter pilot.

Today I live outside the town of Luleå in the north of Sweden (65° N 22° E).

Photography, astronomy, nature and flying has been my passion since I was a kid.

My specialities in photography are Aurora, Nightscape, the Sun and the Moon.
